Our Final Workshop of the Year
Theme: “Oh what a life 🫠 … or What a life 🫣”
Life can feel overwhelming, unfair, and confusing at times. From broken relationships to toxic environments, emotional wounds, and daily pressures, many of us struggle with questions like: “Why is life like this?” and “How do I live the life God wants for me?”
In this workshop, we’ll journey together through key challenges we face in life and explore God’s truth and wisdom for navigating them. You’ll gain practical tools and spiritual insight to live a life marked by peace, strength, and resilience.
What we’ll explore together:
Is life fair?
Gaslighting and bullying
Healing the wounded inner child
Lawlessness/sin and the “don’t care” attitude
Narcissism, kindness, and gentleness
Doing the right thing in difficult times
Coping with emotions, stress, and setbacks

It is a free event. Our counsellors are giving of their time to help those who want to be there. If you are helped through attending the workshop, donations are welcome.

Ingrid will share on identity while we take down notes and prepare for change.
